Coffee and Donuts Milkshake
3 scoops coffee ice cream
1⁄2 cup milk
3 small donuts
Top with whipped cream, cinnamon & a small donut

Donut Tiramisu

1 tbsp instant espresso powder
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup boiling water
1 cup whipping cream
6 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
1 cup mascarpone cheese
20 plain donut holes
1 tsp cocoa powder

In a heat-proof dish, whisk espresso powder, sugar and boiling water until they are completely dissolved. Set aside. Whisk whipping cream until it forms stiff peaks. Set aside. Over a double boiler, whisk egg yolks and sugar for about 10 minutes until the mixture is completely smooth and pale yellow. Remove egg mixture from the heat and whisk in mascarpone cheese. Fold in whipped cream.

Soak donut holes in espresso mixture for 10-15 seconds. Arrange donut holes in a single layer in a serving dish. Top with half the cream mixture. Repeat layers. Finish with a dusting of cocoa powder. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
