Drink at LEAST 20 ounces of water right when you wake up & one glass of water every hour on the hour!

Increase fiber intake! Eat lots of fruits & veggies or take a fiber pill 🙂

Eat a snack around 3 or 4 pm, before dinner and after lunch. Eat something that is low in sugar, like protein or a serving of healthy fat.

Lower sodium intake (sea salt is OK)
